
Plenitude Berhad Makes Debut On Main Board, Kuala Lumpur Stock

Plenitude Berhad made its debut on the Main Board
of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on 18 November 2003.
The Plenitude Berhad public issue consists 33,750,000
new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each at an issue price of RM1.60
per ordinary share comprising:
· 1,000,000 new ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each available
for application by eligible employees of Plenitude Berhad and
its subsidiaries;
· 4,750,000 new ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each available
for application by the Malaysian public
Plenitude Berhad’s core business is property
development. Its three main subsidiaries, namely Plenitude Holdings
Sdn Bhd, Sepang Permai Sdn Bhd and Sin Yik Development Sdn Bhd
are involved with projects in Johor Bahru, Puchong and Sungai
Petani respectively.
Plenitude Berhad sees this investment as a source of recurring
income for the Group.
