Celebrates British GQ In Los Angeles The event, co-hosted by Burberry Creative Director, Christopher Bailey, Sir Elton John and David Furnish, welcomed 250 international guests drawn from the worlds of art, film, music and fashion. Guests at the event dressed by Burberry included, Mena Suvari, Saffron Burrows, Kate Mara, Alice Eve, Mario Testino, Dita Von Teese, Jason Statham and David Furnish also in attendance were Naomi Campbell and Eric McCormack. DJ AM provided the music. The cocktail event celebrating British style was held at the Polo Private Room in the Beverly Hills Hotel, Sunset Boulevard between 6.30-8.30pm. Food and drink had a British theme. Canapés included; Applewood smoked salmon on English buckwheat blini with caviar, dungeness crab cakes, mini beef wellington with peppercorn sauce, cumin & oregano roasted lamb chops with cabernet wine reduction. Champagne and cocktails were served. Burberry founded in 1856, is listed on the London Stock Exchange and headquartered in London.  |
