In line with the concept, the stunning occasion was held at the exclusive landscapes of Splash, The Westin Hotel where OMEGA’s guests and the media were seen mingling over cocktails by the beautiful azure poolside. Starting off the event, guests were welcomed by the gorgeous emcee for the night, Elaine Daly. OMEGA kicked-off the launch with a spectacular opening act, where guests were surprised by synchronized swimmers performing to an energetic dance routine. The swimmers then dived into the bed of the pool to pick a treasure. Curious guests peered over inquisitively as the swimmers surfaced and swam towards a stunning mermaid sitting by the poolside. Handing the treasure to the mermaid, guests began to clap as the treasure - the OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean watch was revealed. More surprises awaited the crowd, as a handsome hunk walked towards the mermaid and allowed her to put the treasure on his wrist. The music then spun to the song “I’m too sexy” as more hunks in trunks joined in and strutted off the OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean collection. In all the excitement, guests were seen giggling and clapping their hands in approval of this outstandingly creative launch act. Commenting on the occasion, David Ponzo, OMEGA Vice President, South East Asia, said, “It is indeed delightful to have so many beautiful people gathered here to witness a spectacular launch as this. The OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean is a versatile watch collection with great qualities. We have just demonstrated how sexy it can look!” As the night fell, guests began to move indoors into the restaurant to enjoy some good food over champagne. Not long after, the crowd adjourned feeling well entertained for the night. |
